About Baseball

Brimfield Recreation Baseball is proud to have partnered with our neighboring communities of Holland, Wales, Brookfield, West Brookfield, Warren and Brimfield to form the Quaboag Valley Little League. This partnership allows us to offer a comprehensive baseball program for players in grades K-6, with a clear development path from tee ball through the more competitive minors and majors divisions. Our focus is on teaching fundamental baseball skills, fostering teamwork, and creating a fun, inclusive environment for all players. Brimfield Recreation Baseball strives to teach youth players the fundamentals of the sport while keeping it fun for all. As our players move up in the sport it will become a little more competitive and more rigorous but at the heart of it all, we want to see our players enjoying the sport and being part of a team.

We are part of the District 5 Little League program which allows for our Minor, Major and Jr division players to participate in the summer all-star program. Little League starts in preschool at league age 4 and runs up through grade 6. Athletes eligible for the 50/70 Junior Division are then able to join a multi-town team through QVLL.

  • Minors - (Grades 3-4)
  • Majors - (Grades 5-6)

Program Highlights

  • A Path for Every Player

    Kindergarteners start on the tee and work through Coach Pitch before advancing to the Quaboag Valley Little League for Minors (grades 3–4) and Majors (grades 5–6) — a natural progression that keeps kids challenged at every stage.

  • USA Baseball Affiliated

    Brimfield Baseball is a USA Baseball-affiliated program, meaning our players and coaches benefit from nationally recognized standards for player development, safety, and positive coaching.

  • Local Fields, Real Community

    All games and practices are held at Brimfield Elementary School fields. No long drives — just spring baseball close to home, surrounded by neighbors cheering each other on.

Schedule & Registration

Spring season registration opens in January and closes March 1st. T-Ball and Coach Pitch schedules are set internally; Minors and Majors schedules are coordinated through the Quaboag Valley Little League. Field assignments and opening day details are posted on Sports Connect.
